Hi. Does it work even for Debian Jessie? I want to test it on an orange pi. If yes is it possible to set the download path to a writable nfs share mounted?
Thank you
This is a very good tutorial. Worked like a charm for me on Ubuntu 18.04.
I had to do some working around download and autotools locations as they are mounted network drives. I had to mount them inside my /home path in order for autotools to work properly.
Tip for the people getting this error after install: NET::ERR_CERT_REVOKED
-> think to run certbot to renew your certificates ;)
It works great on pi4, but I would like to download torrents to an external hard drive connected to a USB hub. When typing path / media / pi / SEEDBOXHDD / torrents I don't want to start downloading. As if he had no permission to write to this directory :/
How can I change the web interface password for ruTorrent after the initial setting?
"rtpass" is a helper script that allows changing the ruTorrent password: https://github.com/arakasi7...
I used the script on a RaspberryPi 3 with raspbian 10. It is all right! But I would like to know how the init script launches the service (I saw the screen instance and I attached to it). I can't find the unit file nor the shell script in the folder /etc/init.d. I can't guess how the screen is launched by init (the PPID of the screen process is 1). Is there some one that can help me? Thank you! ;)
Good day
how does it look like if you want to add a second user how do I do this with this script?
